This offering is intended for service providers making less than $60k annual revenue (gross income before expenses).
What is included in the 1:1 meetings?
Any and all of your bookkeeping questions: There are no silly questions—we’ve heard it all and we want to help you get the information that you need.
Review of your bookkeeping spreadsheet, QuickBooks or Xero file: Not sure how to organize your numbers? Questions about the software mechanics? Need a little peek over your shoulder as you work?
Help understanding the foundations of bookkeeping for your business: Every industry has its quirks. We’ll help you work through yours.

Can you answer my tax questions?
We can answer questions about bookkeeping, business organization types, common deductions, and help you stay organized in a way that will make your tax preparer happy, but we are a bookkeeping firm and not a tax firm.
Anything that needs to be answered by a credentialed accountant, CPA, EA, or certified financial planner will be directed to the appropriate professional.
How can I schedule my 1:1 meetings?
1:1 meetings will take place via Zoom during the second half of February, April, July, and October.
Our calendar will open for booking about a month in advance. You’ll be notified via email, and spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis.
How does monthly email support work?
Once you’re registered for the DIY Support program, you’ll have access to our question submission form. Post your questions by the 15th of each month to receive an answer at least by month end.
Reminders will go out monthly via email so you won’t miss your opportunity.
In-depth questions may be redirected to your quarterly 1:1 meeting.
What if I need more support?
You can book additional 1:1 meetings at a 20% discount: $120/45 minutes.
After you register, you’ll receive a link to book meetings at your discounted rate at any point during the year.

What’s next?
Business intake form: Your welcome email includes an intake form. Fill this out now in order to make maximum use use your meeting time.
January group meeting schedule survey: Stay tuned for an email to arrive in December. Share your preferred times for the group meeting. Questions can be submitted in advance or live during the Zoom meeting as time allows. The meeting will be recorded and shared only with program participants.
Quarterly 1:1 meeting scheduling: Stay tuned for an email to arrive in January inviting you to schedule your first 1:1 meeting in February. 1:1 meetings will take place via Zoom during the second half of February, April, July, and October.
